1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our site or hire our services.

2. Our Services

Peachy Clean Junk Removal, LLC provides professional junk removal, hauling, land clearing, and demolition services throughout West Metro Atlanta, including Douglasville, Villa Rica, Hiram, and surrounding communities. Service scope varies by job type, from single-item pickups to full property cleanouts, lot clearing, and structural demolition, and will be confirmed with you before work begins.

3. Service Conditions & Item Exclusions

We do not accept hazardous materials, including but not limited to: asbestos, chemicals, biological or medical waste, motor oil, fuel, propane tanks, solvents, paint (unless dried/solidified), ammunition, or fireworks. The client warrants that any items, structures, or materials to be removed do not knowingly contain hazardous substances not otherwise disclosed to us in advance.

For hoarding, trauma, or biohazard-related cleanouts, our team operates under IICRC Trauma and Crime Scene Technician (TCST) certification and handles materials in accordance with applicable safety standards. This certification governs how we handle sensitive materials, it is not a substitute for state environmental or hazardous-waste licensure, and any materials requiring specialized hazmat disposal will be identified and excluded from standard service.

4. Land Clearing & Demolition Specific Terms

Because land clearing and demolition involve additional risk and complexity beyond standard junk removal, the following terms apply specifically to these services:

• Permits. Permit responsibility varies by job and will be confirmed in writing before work begins. For some projects the client is responsible for obtaining any required local permits; for others, Peachy Clean may pull permits on the client's behalf as part of the agreed scope of work. Confirm permit responsibility with us in writing before work begins.
• Utility lines. It is the client's responsibility to disclose known utility lines, septic systems, wells, or underground structures on the property. We recommend a utility locate (e.g., Georgia 811) be completed prior to land clearing or excavation work. We are not liable for damage to undisclosed or unmarked utility lines.
• Property boundaries. Clients are responsible for accurately identifying property lines and any boundary disputes prior to clearing or demolition work. We are not liable for work performed within boundaries as represented by the client.
• Structural assessments. For demolition involving structures, the client confirms they have authority to approve the demolition and that the structure has not been condemned or flagged in a manner that would require additional permitting beyond what has been disclosed to us.

5. Pricing and Payments

Estimates provided sight-unseen (by phone or photo) are non-binding. Final pricing for junk removal is based on the actual volume of material (measured in cubic yards relative to truck capacity), difficulty of access or loading, and material weight. Final pricing for land clearing and demolition jobs is based on site conditions, scope, and equipment/labor time, and will be confirmed in writing before work begins.

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless commercial net terms have been approved in writing in advance. We accept the payment methods listed at the time of booking.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We ask that you notify us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled appointment. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in a trip fee or require a deposit for future bookings.

7. Liability Disclaimers

We carry $2M in commercial liability insurance and are licensed and bonded. While we take maximum care on every job, we are not liable for:

• Pre-existing structural damage, cracks, or wear to driveways, lawns, gates, fences, or walls
• Normal wear associated with moving heavy items, equipment, or debris
• Damage to undisclosed utility lines, septic systems, or underground structures (see Section 4)
• Items or materials not disclosed to us prior to the start of work

It is the client's responsibility to identify and clear pathways, disclose hazards, and flag any sensitive or fragile areas of the property prior to our crew's or equipment's arrival.

8. Photos & Documentation

We may take before-and-after photos or video of job sites for documentation, insurance, and quality assurance purposes. We will not use identifiable images of your property in marketing materials (including our website or social media) without your separate consent. If you'd prefer your job not be photographed for any purpose, let us know in advance and we will note it on your file.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Program Description. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Peachy Clean Junk Removal related to quote confirmations, appointment reminders, dispatch updates, billing notices, customer support communications, and marketing or promotional messages (only if separately consented).

Opt-In. You opt in by submitting your phone number through our website forms or by texting us, and selecting the applicable consent checkbox(es). Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Opt-Out. You may cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP, END, QUIT, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or OUT to (470) 640-3802. After sending STOP, you will receive confirmation and no further messages will be sent.

Message Frequency. Message frequency varies based on your scheduled services.

Fees. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you and from you.

Carrier Disclaimer. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Rejoin. To rejoin after opting out, you must complete the opt-in process again through our website or by contacting us directly.
